If you are not satisfied with your received Herzog Medical products, you can return them in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason with included packing slip. We would like to receive a notification of the return via info@herzogmedical.comin advance.

The costs for return are at your own expense. As a rule, it is not compulsory to return socks that are appropriate or worn for hygienic reasons (Art. 6:230p BW). We cannot offer these again. However, we understand that you would prefer to try the Herzog Medical stockings first and/or before you proceed to the purchase. This is of course difficult with online shopping and that’s why we also like to offer the possibility of returns, only the return costs are at your own expense.

EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOUR/PRODUCT?

Send your purchase back and place a new order in our webshop for the replacement item. This will again have to be paid to you with the payment method you want.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY MONEY TO BE REFUNDED?

Once your return has been received in good order, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days. You will automatically receive a message confirming the refund.
