RETURN TO PURCHASE WEBSHOP
If you are not satisfied with your received Herzog Medical products, you can return them in the original packaging (including packing slip) within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. We would like to receive a notification of the return via email@example.com advance.
During the cooling-off period, it is important that you handle the product and packaging carefully. You may only unpack the product to the extent that is necessary to be able to assess whether you wish to keep the product. The goods must be in original condition, i.e. unworn,in the original packaging.
The costs for return are at your own expense. As a rule, it is not compulsory to return socks that are appropriate or worn for hygienic reasons (Art. 6:230p BW). We cannot offer these again. However, we understand that you would prefer to try the Herzog Medical stockings first and/or before you proceed to the purchase. This is of course difficult with online shopping and that’s why we also like to offer the possibility of returns, only the return costs are at your own expense.

When you have made your purchase at one of our points of sale, you must return there to return and / or exchange.
EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOUR/PRODUCT?
Send your purchase back and place a new order in our webshop for the replacement item. This will again have to be paid to you with the payment method you want. The terms and conditions for returns also apply to exchange.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY MONEY TO BE REFUNDED?
Once your return has been received in good order, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days. You will automatically receive a message confirming the refund.
