The steps for measuring your compression socks size

Herzog PRO Compression Socks

In order to make optimal use of the compression that our socks provides, it is important that your leg is measured correctly. For this reason, we always recommend going to one of our outlets, so that you can be sure that you are going out with the right size. However, we understand that it is not always possible to go to the store. Hence this step by step explanation for measuring your legs yourself. If you can, have someone else measure up to you. If that is not possible, you can do it yourself. After you have measured the correct sizes through the steps below, you fill them in our size app. This gives you just the right size to see. And then it’s time to order in the shop!

Don’t have a measuring tape, but you do have a printer? Print our paper measuring tape. Please note that your printer settings need to be correct. No printer? Then grab a piece of rope and measure the size. Then place this piece of rope next to a ruler.

Steps

1. Measure the size 1cm below the knee fold

Tip: put two fingers in the knee fold, below is the first measuring point.

2. Measure the thickest size of the calf

3. Measure the narrowest size of the ankle

4. Measure the size of the heel-rubbing line

5. Measure the length of the leg to 1cm below the knee fold

Measuring the length of the leg is very important and when someone else does it is easier. Place 2 fingers in the knee fold. From the ground you measure up to that point.

6. Give up your shoe size
